This Spring...
Consider taking your Pet Rock on your next trip to Christopher Creek or Sedona. Nothing makes a pet rock happier than getting back to nature, especially when there's a creek around. Keep in mind, they have a tendency to wander downstream with the currents where they can easily blend in with all the indigenous rocks. PET ROCK OF THE MONTH - Larry The Finder of the Lost Keys
MEET "Larry" the Pet Rock. Larry has many talents. The most useful, he can find your lost car keys. Skip the grid search. No need to panic. You won't be late, even if your 3 year old tossed the keys in the garbage can. (It could happen, I know.)
HOW LARRY DOES IT - Larry is an innovation on your typical cordless phone cradle. He is a new feature. He operates exactly like the "make the handset of my phone beep so I can locate it" button found on almost every cordless phone cradle. A device is attached to your keys and will beep when you press Larry's special button on the cradle. This could potentially work for remote controls, cell phones and other objects that frequently get lost in the couch or left in the jeans you threw in the hamper.
THIS DEVICE IS ALREADY IN EXISTENCE, but it is a separate device from the phone, and I don't know about you, but I'm all about consolidation. I will eventually have to buy that extra device, UNLESS....Somebody, someday includes one as a really groovy feature on their brand of cordless phone.
If anyone out there knows of a phone that has a feature like Larry, PLEASE set me straight and by all means, TELL ME WHERE TO GET ONE! Click this to CONTACT US
THE STORY BEHIND PET ROCKS....
"There's a pet rock in your future."
That "Pet Rock" quote is something, Tere B., My Muse, said to me on more than one occasion over the years.
Ever since I can remember, I've had a tendency towards entreprennurialism. The last five years or so, ideas for things like businesses, services, products, marketing strategies, ways to acheive world peace by solving all the worlds problems and things of those natures, pop into my head on virtually a daily basis. It has actually been quite difficult to focus!
The creation of this website and the upcoming magazine have really helped to give me an outlet to plug all those lightbulbs into. Yet, I am still flooded with ideas and I just don't have any time to do anything about most of them. I'm hoping someone could use some of these ideas and run with them.
Please don't give me any credit if any one of these ideas inspires someone to be fruitful in some way. The one who nurtured the seed deserves the credit. For without the caretaker, the seed could not grow and flourish. Unless of course, it was a wildflower seed. But ideas are not wildflowers that grow on their own, they must be nurtured.
Perhaps there is a Pet Rock in your future...
