According to Louise Hay (Founder of Hay House Publishing) in a recent, rare interview with Tavis Smiley on PBS, "The self help section in the book stores, is currently the fastest growing subject." With intriguing features and an increasing public awareness, Phoenix Body Mind and Soul is ready to deliver it's positive messages of wellbeing to a large, growing, receptive market.
POSITIVE MESSAGE: All content found within the webzine and the magazine promotes whole health and a sense of well being with the #1 goal of spreading high frequency energy and giving the reader the tools for balancing their Body Mind and Soul with VALUABLE content that is fun, intriquing, informative and colorful; an aura designed to keep readers coming back. This translates to repeated exposure to your ad!LOCAL EMPHASIS: All articles and advertisements are meant to support the Phoenix and AZ wholistic, eco-conscious, spiritual community. Readers consistently find an array of information and local resources within the pages of both the website and the magazine. PBMS "Thinks Globally. Acts Locally."

SUBSCRIBER BASED MAGAZINE: Because most of the readers are subscribers who sought out subscriptions to the magazine, each issue is more likely to be opened in multiples, which means repeated exposure to ads by one person. Compared to other marketing options, full color ads in magazines are 3 to 5 times more likely to get noticed by multiple consumers over time, because magazine readers have a tendency to hold onto them or pass them along, rather than tossing them in the trash as they would with printed marketing materials that have no other value. This gives your ad more longevity and more exposure.
DIVERSIFIED MARKETING STRATEGY: In order to increase the reach, Phoenix Body Mind and Soul, is doing a little of everything under the sun to make sure the public knows we're here. Since January of 2008 PBMS has run print ads in other local magazines, has been actively networking on MySpace, Twitter and Facebook, airing radio programs, utilizing Google AdWords and other pay per click promotions, attending local events and fund raisers and distributing door-hangers directly to residents of Phoenix. Over that time period, PBMS has built an audience of well over 5,000 social media connection (90% local) and that number is growing every week! The webzine alone receives well over an average of 8,000 unique visitors per month and over 500 magazine subscribers. (Figures last updated Jan 11) PBMS will continue with a diverse, assertive marketing campaign to increase and maintain a loyal audience.
Exclusions: Phoenix Body Mind and Soul will not consider ads promoting products that contain: HFCS, yeast extract, MSG, aspartame, sucralose, sodium nitrite, hydrogenated oils, chemical pharmaceuticals, toxic perfumes and fragrance chemicals, etc. If we do find that we've mistakenly allowed advertising for products containing these ingredients, we reserve the right to cancel future promotions, but will provide a partial refund. No gambling, casino, alcohol, firearms or adult content advertisements will be approved. Exceptions: promotions for fundraising events offering products or services that might encompass the use of the above mentioned, will be considered in the interest of reaching out to the mainstream consciousness.
