High Blood Pressure

Treat with Celery, Apples & Cucumber!

Nature Provides
Treat high blood pressure with these three simple dietary choices!

Photo courtesy of Photobucket (apple)A friend of mine is pregnant. She's about six weeks away from the big day now. Unfortunately she's had high blood pressure which is very risky. Her doctor has been checking the baby for stress and she could (gulp) die. We are all concerned!

I mentioned this to another friend of mine who told me that her father recently had such high blood pressure that it was a miracle he was still alive.

They found a a natural remedy.
It worked.

After two weeks, his blood pressure was down to below normal levels! Yay Nature!

Using a strong blender, (he used a Vitamix) blend together these following important ingredients:

1 cored apple, skin on, sliced

3 large celery stalks including the leafy parts, cut into one inch sections

1/4 cucumber with skin on, cut into slices

Smoothies need liquid to blend, my friends father used OJ!

1 1/2 to 2 cups orange juice (Fresh squeezed is best!) Use a low sugar variety if purchasing a carton or bottle.

For optional flavor, he added straweberries or some other kind of berry.

Note: Watermelon works well in smoothies as well, and might be a good choice as the water in watermelon is natures perfect water. And If you'd like to sweeten it, try just a little honey or agave nectar!

He drank these smoothies every day for two weeks and drastically lowered his blood pressure.

Other Remedies:

Note: The juicing or grinding of fruits and vegetables helps the body intake more of their nutrients!

After I heard this, I let my friend know. If you or someone you know is suffering from high blood pressure, this remedy can only do good!

Joy and Gratitude,
Crsytal Achey, Editor
