KIM DEVERY M. Ed. and CYT Kim learned to teach Yoga through At One Yoga in Scottsdale back in 1999. It was one of the first teacher training programs in the valley. In 2002, she completed her 200 hour certification. She became interested in yoga, hoping that it would help with stress relief. It certainly did! Additionally, she was able to curb recurring migraines without medication. There have been so many other life changing benefits for her as well: A greater sense of inner peace, a stronger immune system... (Click here to read more). She's written articles for Sonoran News and AZ Weekly Magazine, has done Yoga demos on Sonoran Living and is currently working on a Yoga video series to appear on Expert Village as well as an upcoming book for those wishing to utilize Yoga for weight loss. MICHELLE BURTON M.S.Ac.,Dipl.Ac.(NCCAOM),L.Ac. Michelle has been practicing Acupuncture since she graduated from The Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture in 2005. She is currently conducting Auricular therapy sessions at the school (Bethany Home and 3rd St) on Mondays from 10am to Noon and 4-6pm. Her area of specialty is working with children and uses Auricular Therapy to treat Veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. She will continue to be a regular contributor to Phoenix Body Mind and Soul.

SHALON UTAH C.H., C.N.C. Shalon Utah has been a certified herbalist and nutrition consultant for the past 6 years. She has contributed to various local publications and lectures on the subjects of nutrition, supplements, herbs, and fitness. She is currently the Marketing Coordinator for Sunflower Farmers Markets and works independently counseling clients on an individual basis.

DR. JENNIFER BURNS N.M.D. Her mantra; "Better today than yesterday, better tomorrow than today." Dr. Burns is a graduate of the Southwest Collegeof Naturopathic Medicine. In practice since 2003, she is a published researcher in the field of alternative medicine and has been known to conduct lectures. Currently, she is the Medical Director for Nu U Med Spa.

ANTHONY SAIGH After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Science from University of Phoenix, Anthony has gained 15 years experience as a licensed rep with major brokerage firms such as Merrill Lynch and UBS Paine Webber. While At UBS, he worked with new brokers in developing their businesses with much success even in the storm of a bear market. Currently, he practices independently with his new firm, Saigh Wealth Management, based in downtown Phoenix while working on his Masters from Northern Arizona University. His goal is to help families and businesses clarify their most important financial and life goals.

POLLY W. Is an avid self-taught desert gardener with a background in landscape design and is currently creating an on-line desert garden manual to be launched in the summer of 2008. She will continue to be a regular contributor to much of the content found in PhxBodyMindandSoul.com. "May all your weeds be wildflowers"

RACHEL ALBERT-MATESZ Chef and Co-Author of the book, "The Garden of Eating", Rachel has been a cooking instructor around the U.S. (Including AZ), a consultant, a healthy cooking coach, and food and health writer for over 20 years. She's written a multitude of books, including; "Cooking with Rachel", and "The Nourishment for Life Cookbook". More than 200 of her articles have found their way into national magazines, including; Yoga Journal, Muscle and Fitness, Vegetarian Gourmet, New Body and many many more. Settling in Phoenix in 2002, she's been teaching cooking classes around the valley and serves as a faculty member in the nutrition department at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe.
