CAN YOU HEAR THIS?

The outer ear has a concentrated area of more than 200 acupoints, each point has a physiological connection with every organ and function in the body. The outer ear acts like a circuit board to the brain. Each acupoint can trigger electrical impulses from the ear, via the brain, to the specific areas of the body.

Auricular Therapy works on the ear much in the same way that reflexology works on the foot, by targeting specific energy points and stimulating them to re balance the mind and body.

Because the acupoints have such a rapid and powerful regulatory effect on qi(energy) and blood balance in the corresponding parts of the body, they are very effective for controlling pain.

Auricular Therapy is commonly used for addictions and weight loss. Although, many do not realize that it is effective for reducing stress, depression, anxiety, irritability and violent tendencies, insomnia, aches and pains, and balancing the body's vital energy when used for preventative wellness.

ACUPUNCTURE RESEARCH RESULTS

Researchers from the Teaching and Research Department of Meridian and Acupuncture Anesthesia in the Guaugxi College of TCM studied energy transmission through the acupuncture channels. From 90 out of 1045 cases, when an ear point was stimulated with an acupuncture needle it produced a positive reaction on its corresponding body part. (such as Needled knee point resulted in decreased knee pain), showing that they are energetically connected and related to each other.
